These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Laneway Fleet Care.
By booking or using our services, the client agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. Services
Laneway Fleet Care provides mobile vehicle valeting, detailing, and fleet cleaning services for commercial and private vehicles.
Services may include:

Interior cleaning
-
Exterior cleaning
-
Deep cleaning and extraction
-
Fleet maintenance cleaning
-
Other agreed detailing services
All services are carried out on-site unless otherwise agreed.

2. QUOTES, PRICING & MOBILITY COSTS
ALL QUOTES PROVIDED BY LANEWAY FLEET CARE ARE BASED ON:
• VEHICLE TYPE AND SIZE
• VEHICLE CONDITION
• REQUIRED SERVICE LEVEL
• NUMBER OF VEHICLES
• LOCATION OF THE SERVICE
• ESTIMATED TIME REQUIRED
UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED IN WRITING, SERVICES MAY BE CHARGED AT AN OPERATIONAL RATE OF €50 EXCL. BTW/VAT PER HOUR.
FIXED PRICING, FLEET PRICING OR CONTRACT RATES MAY BE PROVIDED FOR RECURRING CLIENTS, MAINTENANCE CLEANING OR AGREED PACKAGE SERVICES.
ALL PRICES DISPLAYED ON THE WEBSITE ARE STARTING PRICES ONLY AND MAY VARY DEPENDING ON VEHICLE CONDITION, CONTAMINATION LEVEL, ACCESSIBILITY AND TIME REQUIRED.
MOBILE SERVICE WITHIN 30KM OF LONDERZEEL IS INCLUDED FREE OF CHARGE.
FOR LOCATIONS BEYOND 30KM, A MOBILITY CHARGE OF €0.30 PER ADDITIONAL KILOMETRE MAY APPLY.
ANY ADDITIONAL MOBILITY OR TRANSPORT COSTS WILL BE COMMUNICATED IN ADVANCE WHERE POSSIBLE.
QUOTES REMAIN VALID FOR 14 DAYS UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE.
3. Payments
Payment is due:
-
Immediately upon completion for private customers
-
According to agreed invoice terms for business clients
Laneway Fleet Care reserves the right to charge late payment fees where applicable.
Invoices may be issued electronically.
4. Access to Water & Electricity
For certain services, especially exterior cleaning, the client may be required to provide access to:

Water supply
-
Electricity supply
If these are unavailable, some services may not be possible or may require alternative arrangements.
5. Vehicle Condition
Clients are responsible for informing Laneway Fleet Care of:

Existing damage
-
Sensitive surfaces
-
Electrical issues
-
Loose trim or fittings
-
Any condition that could affect cleaning
Laneway Fleet Care is not responsible for pre-existing damage discovered during or after cleaning.
6. Results & Limitations
While we aim to achieve the highest possible standard, some stains, odours, scratches, or wear may be permanent and cannot always be fully removed.
No guarantee is provided that all defects or contamination can be completely eliminated.
7. Cancellations
Clients are requested to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling where possible.
Laneway Fleet Care reserves the right to refuse or cancel appointments due to:

Unsafe working conditions

Severe weather
-
Lack of access to the vehicle
-
Inappropriate behaviour
8. Liability
Laneway Fleet Care will take reasonable care while working on vehicles.
However, we are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage
-
Mechanical or electrical failures
-
Wear and tear
-
Damage resulting from faulty or previously damaged components
Liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
9. Weather Conditions
As a mobile service provider, some exterior services may be delayed or rescheduled due to unsuitable weather conditions.
10. Photography
Laneway Fleet Care may take before-and-after photographs of vehicles for quality control or marketing purposes.
Vehicle registration plates or identifying information may be blurred or hidden where appropriate.
Clients may request that images of their vehicles are not used publicly.
11. Privacy
Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to Terms
Laneway Fleet Care reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
